The Dover, NH Field office of the Patrona Corporation embodies a myriad of talents to support their clients. These areas of expertise include:
Management Consulting: We employ professionals with management expertise to provide our customers with strategic planning and workforce training support which includes Organizational Management and Assessment, Leadership and Training and Corporate Event Planning.
Financial Management: Our expertise in the areas of Navy Working Capital Funds, Mission Funding, and Private Industry Accounting benefit our clients in and outside of the United States Navy. Based on our in-depth knowledge of earned value management we are able to measure projects performance and cost and provide metrics to drive decisions.
Material Management: Our expertise in the area of Material Management focuses on component life cycle repair strategy and logistics support and includes significant proficiency with rotatable pool program development and maintenance.
Project Management: Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, Submarine Maintenance and Availability support. The Dover Office has the expertise to assist Project Superintendents on a Submarine Availability with all the complications encountered during the availability.
Performance Measurement: We are able to gather and analyze data to provide metrics and provide measures and milestone development and implementation as well as validation and certification, organizational assessment and budget/financial management.
Hot Wash Support: The Dover Office provides Logistical and knowledgeable support to all their customers. Patrona walks their clients through the retrospective process during and at a project completion. Ensuring the clients receives the most advantageous lessons learned at the end of the project to be forwarded to the upcoming projects.
Meeting Support: The Dover office provides their clients with the highest quality meeting agenda, minutes, attendee lists, room set up and design and meeting execution. All products provided in support of a meeting are provided in a timely manner upon meeting completion.
Lean Six Sigma Support: The Dover Field office consists of Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and Green Belts. Leading business improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to make high-value improvements to company processes. The Patrona Lean team will solve business problems using Six Sigma and Lean methods including; Define-Measure- Analyze- Improve-Control (DMAIC), Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Lean, Theory of Constraints, process/project management and advanced statistical techniques. |

Engineering Support: Our Engineers are helping the US Navy design and build the world’s quietest, safest, and most technically advanced submarines. Patrona engineers work with the Systems Integration Team Leaders, Technical Warrant Holders, and other stakeholders to review and approve design products. In addition, our engineers are working with the submarine communities Cost Reduction Programs to reduce overall platform costs in support of redesign and cost reduction initiatives.
Program Management: Patrona continues our longstanding effort supporting the submarine programs to ensure cost effective and efficient submarine maintenance availability planning and execution, design and construction. Our efforts to integrate program efficiencies and process improvements across all submarine classes have resulted in the submarine maintenance community stakeholders focusing on the right problems at the right time to solve some of the most complex and longstanding maintenance issues.
Human Resources: We provide a wide range of federal human resources advisory and operational services and have experience with the General Schedule (GS) and broad and pay banded systems. Our offerings include policy development, classification ready position descriptions, advice on appointment and hiring authorities and the design of recruitment strategies that enable clients to expeditiously hire the right talent at the right time. In support of the acquisition workforce, we develop Expedited Hiring Authority (EHA) recruitment actions and interpret and advise on Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) regulatory requirements impacting recruitment, classification and staffing actions. We work closely with hiring managers at the Department of the Navy and have past experience providing recruitment services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other federal agencies. |
